Third-Party Products & Services

Ecograder uses Matomo Analytics to report on site traffic and provide a more meaningful experience for users. Matomo Analytics is a privacy-focused Google Analytics alternative that is GDPR and CCPA-compliant. No personal information is shared or tracked.

When you fill out an Ecograder form, user data is stored in our database and emailed to a product manager via a secure connection. This process complies with consumer protection and privacy laws, like CCPA, GDPR, etc. See “Security” below to learn how we maintain a baseline hardening against breaches.

Once you leave this product or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy. Similarly, when you click on links on our blog, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security

If you share personal information via a web form, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement generally accepted industry standards.

To maintain security, this product features daily data backups and is updated twice monthly via our website maintenance service.
